Detailed Session Information

Committee Session Structure

Phase 1: Opening Speeches

Each delegate delivers a 2-minute opening speech outlining their country's position on the topics.

Duration: 60-90 minutes

Phase 2: Moderated Caucus

Structured debate on specific aspects of the topics with time limits for each speaker.

Duration: 45-60 minutes

Phase 3: Unmoderated Caucus

Free-form discussion and negotiation for drafting resolutions and building alliances.

Duration: 30-45 minutes

Phase 4: Resolution Drafting

Delegates work in groups to draft comprehensive resolutions addressing the topics.

Duration: 60-90 minutes

Phase 5: Resolution Debate & Voting

Presentation, debate, and voting on submitted resolutions.

Duration: 45-60 minutes
